Merchandising SOP: Switching Fulfillment Methods between FBA and FBM

Choose the products you want to modify, click on the "Actions on X selected" button in the top left corner, and select "Convert to Fulfilled by Amazon" or "Change to Fulfilled by Merchant" as needed.

Keep in mind that you can't convert Parent ASINs to FBA.

If you want to convert Child ASINs to FBA, select them and click "Change to Fulfilled by Amazon".

Clicking "List as FBA and Send to Amazon" will take you to the Shipment Plan page for the selected ASINs.

Clicking "List as FBA" will prompt you to specify if the ASINs require batteries or hazmat certifications.

If you answer "yes" to either question, additional options will appear. For this tutorial, we'll assume the answer is "no" to both.

Click "List as FBA" to complete the conversion and see the ASINs on the FBA Inventory Page.

To switch from FBA to FBM, select the Child ASINs and choose "Change to Fulfilled by Merchant" from the "Actions on X Selected" button.

Click "Convert" to confirm your changes.
