- Go to Settings >> Account Info >> Business Insurance >> Add new policy
- Proceed to Step 2 to Upload Proof of Insurance that satisfies the insurance policy requirements set by Amazon.
- Fill out all the information needed, making sure that each entry exactly matches the information on the Certificate of Insurance. The insured name must match the legal entity of the account as well, and the certificate must be signed by an authorized representative.
- Review and Submit.
