A removal order created not long ago can be canceled before Amazon disposes or ships the items or if the order's status reads "Pending, Planning, or Processing."
IMPORTANT: Clicking on the cancel option doesn't guarantee the cancellation of the order. Your removal order may have moved to Process/Pending status before the cancellation request was received. Check back later to confirm that the order was canceled.
To cancel a removal order, follow these steps:
1. Go to Reports → Fulfillment → Removals → Removal Order Detail

2. Enter or search the Removal Order ID

3. Confirm the status of the removal order if it's Planning or Pending. Then click Cancel this order.
Sometimes Processing status orders cannot be canceled during peak periods such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holidays as the removal orders can stay in Processing status for several weeks. Sellers are not able to cancel a removal order for a required removal. For more information, go to Required Removals.
