Who is this for? Intended for individuals or teams who are looking for a systematic approach to solving unanswered questions.
Objective: Help participants gain an understanding of the bagels.io platform and learn how to generate unanswered questions from it.
Below is a list of steps you will need to complete when using Bagel's unanswered question app. Each one will be explained in this SOP.
1. First thing you need to do is log in to Bagels.io. Site link here or Google search bagels.io
2. Once you log in you will be taken to an app page. On this page find the link for Unanswered Questions Lookup and click on it. The link is also below.

3. Now enter a list of ASINs that you want to check unanswered questions for and hit Submit.
4. This will generate links to each unanswered question for each ASIN entered. Now you can click on each link and answer questions.
5. Download the list by clicking the “Download CSV” button on the lower left side of the page. This will give you a copy of the ASINs with unanswered questions. Paste it on a separate sheet.
Note: You can only generate 49 ASINs in one batch of unanswered questions.
6. Manually check the links by clicking the URL icon on the right side of the lists to see the number of unanswered questions on each asin. Log in on the sheet you made.
7. Then send only the ASINs with unanswered questions.
