Logistics SOP: Setting up the Returns Policy for your Merchant Fulfilled Orders

Who is this for? This applies to all personnel involved in the process of setting up and enforcing the returns policy for merchant-fulfilled orders.

Objective: The purpose of this SOP is to establish a clear and consistent returns policy for merchant-fulfilled orders.

1. Go to the "Settings" tab on the top right-hand side of your Seller Central Dashboard and select "Your Info & Policies" from the Drop-Down Menu.

2. Click on the "About Seller" tab on the next page.

3. Add your return policy to the existing text box.

4. Click the "Save" button to save the changes.
