Objective: To view Prime Exclusive Discount Costs and Performance, which allows sellers to track the effectiveness of sales strategy and understand its associated costs.
Amazon does not charge a fee for offering a Prime Exclusive Discount. You will only be responsible for paying Amazon the rebate fee on the discounted price of the products you sold during the offer. To check the performance and cost of your Prime Exclusive Discount offer:
1. Go to the "Advertising" tab in Seller Central and select "Prime Exclusive Discounts" from the drop-down menu.
2. Find the offer you want to view, click the "View Details" drop-down button, and select "Download Report".
3. The report will display the details of your offer, including the number of units sold per SKU and your earnings from the offer.
4. You can also see your rebate deductions by going to the "Reports" tab, selecting "Payments" from the drop-down menu, and clicking on the "Statement View" tab. Then, click on the sub-total value for the "Orders" section of the statement.
5. On the "Transaction View" tab, you can see more details by clicking on the amount in the Total column next to the "Amazon Fees" for the transaction line.
6. The fee will be subtracted from your account before Amazon makes its next payment to you.
