Who is this for? All individuals who need to export reviews.
Objective: To extract and collect customer reviews for a specific ASIN and save the data in a preferred format for further analysis or use.
To begin, make sure you have the Helium10 extension installed in your browser.
1. Visit the product detail page of the listing that needs review collection.
2. Click the Helium 10 extension -> Review Insights
3. Go to All Reviews -> Export Reviews
4. A file containing all the product review details will be downloaded:
- Date (date where the review was submitted)
- Author (customer name)
- Verified (yes or no)
- Helpful (yes or no)
- Title
- Body (how the customer described the product)
- Rating ( 1 - 5 )
- Images (if the customer sent product images)
- Videos (if a customer sent product video)
- URL (review link)
- Variation (if variated, specific ASIN of the child)
- Style (variation)
