1. Browse the brand registry console: https://brandregistry.amazon.com/
2. Go to Protect > Report a violation
3. Select the correct marketplace and enter ASIN.
4. Select the hijackers on the list. Make sure you do not select your products.
5. Click on “Patent Infringement” under the “Select issue type” dropdown menu.
6. Select the option according to your patent Design or Utility.
7. Select your brand name and select that you have a patent number
8. Describe how the competitor is breaking your patent.

“We have a design or utility patent for my brand [Name of Brand] and we believe [Competitor] with ASIN [NUMBER] is violating our patent as their products have the same characteristics as our products & patent. Please remove the product infringing the patent.”
