Description:
Error 5887 means that you are uploading a generic product. It doesn't have a brand name, you may not have control over the brand or it could also mean that it doesn't have an identifier UPC, EAN, or GTIN exemption type.
If you have a 5887 error on a specific column attribute on a flat file upload, you can often just delete the column of that attribute and re-submit and get a successful upload.
Instructions:
- Try uploading with the brand name field blank

- Delete the brand name field column and try uploading

- Double check ASINs are clear for GTIN exemption
- If the seller has a brand name but no TM, try uploading with that name in the brand name field
