Error 20002 happens when the variation theme specified for SKU differs from the existing variation theme for the product in the Amazon catalog. The variation theme must be identical to, or include, the existing theme [variation theme].
Instructions:
- For unsuccessful uploads. Download the flat file report by clicking on the Download your Processing Report link.
2. Open the downloaded report Excel file to determine the error code. Read the error message.
Below is the sample 20002 error message.
3. Rework your flat file by choosing the correct variation theme. Save and re-upload the flat file.
To successfully add ASIN to existing parentage, you must use a variation theme that uses or incorporates this "existing theme." For example: if the product varies by Size and Color ("SizeColor" variation), then you must specify a theme that includes both Size and Color.
To determine the correct variation theme of the existing parentage, you can visit the parent detail page.
