Catalog SOP: Download a Manage FBA Inventory Archive Report

Who is this for? For individuals who are responsible for managing inventory within an e-commerce company that utilizes Amazon's FBA service. It is relevant to warehouse managers, inventory coordinators, or anyone involved in tracking and maintaining stock levels using the FBA platform. The SOP assumes a basic understanding of Amazon's FBA system and its associated terminologies.

Objective: To provide step-by-step instructions on how to download and effectively manage the Archive Report for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory. This SOP aims to assist employees or individuals involved in inventory management within an e-commerce company that utilizes Amazon's FBA service.


1. Go to the "Reports" Tab on the Top Menu of Seller Central and select "Fulfillment" from the Drop-Down Menu.

2. Under the "Inventory" Header on the left side of the page, click on the "Manage FBA Inventory Report - Archived" link.


3. On the next page, choose to download the report in either an Excel or text format by clicking the "Request .csv Download" or "Request .txt Download" buttons, respectively.


4. In the table below, the "Report Status" Column will display the status as "In Progress".


5. Once the report is ready for download, click the "Download" button in the "Report Status" Column to download the report.
