Create an Offer for an Existing Item in Walmart
(Seller Fulfilled Type)
Who is this for? For individuals who want to create an offer for an existing Walmart listing.
Objective: Successfully create an offer for an existing item in Walmart and verify if the existing item information is all correct.
Required attributes are:
- SKU
- Product ID (only UPC, EAN, GTIN, ISBN are allowed)
- Product ID Type
- Fulfillment Type
- Selling Price
- Package Weight (lbs) if in a different weight unit please convert lbs.
Instructions:
1. Log in to Walmart seller central account. Go to https://seller.walmart.com/
2. Go to Items under the Product Catalog. And click the Add Items button in the upper right corner.
3. You will be redirected to the Add page. 
4. Search the product ID in the search box to see if the listing already exists in the marketplace. If the product exists, a result will show up (like the image below). Click the Add item to add it to create the offer.
5. Provide for SKU, Fulfillment Type, Selling Price, and Shipping Weight. Double check the information and once complete hit the submit button. A feed ID will be generated.
6. Click the Activity Feed under Product Catalog to monitor the upload and see if the update is successfully processed or if there is an error.
7. If the upload has errors, download the error report to check the issues, try to fix them, and reupload. If successfully processed, you should be able to see the listing in the Items under the Product Catalog within 5 - 10 minutes. Visit the product detail page to confirm if all information on the existing listing is correct. Hover the mouse over the listing and click View. Do the necessary update if needed.
